Seven Tips To Help You Pass the California Baby Bar

If you’ve decided to take the path less traveled on your way to a Juris Doctor, you are no doubt  familiar with the Baby Bar, otherwise known as First Year Law Student Examination (usually abbreviated as FYLSE or FYLSX). This is the test required by the State Bar of California for all first-year law students attending a non-ABA-approved law school. You pass the exam within 3 administrations from the time you become eligible to sit for it, or you’re out. That’s how they roll in California. An Interview With Dr. Alan Keyes

Dr. Alan Keyes[ Note: This post first appeared in October of 2008 on the former RFD America website. Given the lack of enthusiasm for any of the "official" GOP media candidates, I thought I'd re-post this interview. Again, my thanks to Dr. Keyes for his time and his insight.]

RFD America: Please describe your relationship with the rural community.

Dr. Keyes: I have a lot of good support in rural areas because of the things I stand for— freedom and liberty —these are fundamental principles in rural America.  I’ve been concerned over the years about many issues facing rural people. Everyone has been talking about restoring the rural landscape for decades; but instead of creating policy to help these Americans, the government has been systematically destroying their livelihoods.

RFD America:  What is your opinion on the proposed national animal identification system?

Dr. Keyes: To me it is a simple issue the government needs to take steps to manage itself first we need border security to stop disease from coming into our country deal with the problems instead of neglecting the integrity of America s crops and livestock Washington s open borders policy has left us exposed so what do these politicians do they tell us that to handle their ineptitudes they have no choice but to assault the liberty of our citizens by destroying private rural enterprise the notion that we have to sacrifice our liberty to safeguard our food supply is repugnant.
