State Witness: “No evidence to contradict George Zimmerman’s statement”
| April 20, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under Bad Lawyers, Criminal Procedure, Media, Political Correctness |
Talk about burying the lead. CBS and the other ‘news’ outlets are reporting that a Florida judge granted bail for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood volunteer who was forced to defend himself against a brutal attack. Zimmerman has been through Hell for no other reason than a prosecutor with political ambitions decided to bring 2nd degree murder charges against him. Reasonable people have long thought there was no evidence to support such a charge, and now our beliefs are confirmed by none other than the State’s own investigator, Dale Gilbreith. (more…)
Did Governor Walker Really Repeal the Equal Pay Enforcement Act?

If you like carnivals, with lots of noise and bling, get to Wisconsin on the double—the show has begun. The breaks during the evening news are like a carnival, where the best barker has the loudest voice and the flashiest come-on. And these days, the biggest, loudest, flashiest barker of them all are Wisconsin’s public employee unions and the teachers unions. To hear them tell it, Scott Walker and the legislature have revoked the 14th Amendment of the United States. These barking fools want you to believe that the Governor and legislature have unilaterally nullified a portion of the Constitution and gotten away with it. Come on now, who would believe such nonsense? Hysterical, uniformed barking progressives, that’s who—from HuffPo to the Daily Beast. Well, I’m here to warn you about investing any of your confidence, let alone money, in these charlatans.
The law progressive bloggers are all fired up about is Wisconsin SB 202. Please, don’t take anyone’s word for what’s in it, not even mine. Pass right by the barkers and head for the gyp joints. We all know the only chance of leaving a carnival with anything of value is by using your skill to beat them at their own rigged game. It won’t be hard in this case, because the entire bill is only two-paragraphs long. Here’s the paragraph causing all the hullabaloo: (more…)
Trayvon Martin’s Autopsy and the Truth it Reveals
| March 28, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under Equal Protection, Media, Nut jobs, Political Correctness |
Trayvon Martin’s autopsy turned up no traces of drugs or alcohol. It also showed no signs of injury other than the gunshot wound that killed him. None. Why is that significant? Because the racist mob let by charlatans Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson can’t argue what’s not there. There is no sign that Zimmerman laid a finger on Martin, even though Zimmerman was beaten repeatedly by the thug. If there was a physical encounter that Zimmerman initiated, why didn’t Martin have the same sort of wounds as Zimmerman on his head and face? (more…)
Fox News drops the ‘fair and balanced’ ball–again

[UPDATE: It seems poor, innocent docile Trayvon was sent to his father's house because he was suspended from school for beating his bus driver senseless just five days before he attacked Zimmerman . Let me guess, the bus driver was a racist like George Zimmerman, right? Before the beating of the bus driver, Trayvon had been busted at school with weed. And there's more. Just weeks before he attacked Zimmerman, Martin had been caught with burglary tools and women's jewelry in his backpack.Obviously, the school's policy against drug use on school grounds is racist, and so is the law against burglary tools. I have news for Barack Obama, if he thinks his would-be son would be like Trayvon, it's very, very telling.]

It’s pretty much over now. This whole meme that some racist White guy shot a poor, innocent, docile child for being Black has come crashing down around the collective mainstream media. They all got it wrong. What really happened to Trayvon Martin is revealed in the uncut police recordings from that night. Take a moment to listen to them below. Martin was in an area where he had no business being— a gated community. Gates aren’t there to keep people in. He was spotted by Zimmerman who was only trying to protect his community from another break-in. Zimmerman called 911 and reported the suspicious character. The dispatcher told Zimmerman they didn’t need him to follow Martin, and Zimmerman complied. He had no choice, because as the recordings reveal, he had lost sight of Martin at that point.
Zimmerman turned around and went to his car to await the police. What Zimmerman didn’t know is that Martin saw him retreat, and when a thug sees a retreat they immediately believe the other person is afraid. Martin followed Zimmerman back to his car and attacked him from behind. Trayvon Martin got exactly what he had coming, and the color of his skin can’t change that. No matter what charlatans and race-baiters like Barack Obama, Al Sharpton, and Fox News would have you believe. (more…)
Racist Blacks and the real tragedy of Trayvon Martins’ legacy

As the sophomoric crowds of protesters jump on the racist bandwagon, marching through the streets of America’s cities demanding “justice” for Trayvon Martin, the rest of us are forced to ask the obvious question. Why do black racists like Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakahn, and Barack Obama get a pass when it comes to Due Process for other races?
A Grand Jury has been impaneled to investigate what happened on the night Williams was killed. Why do the Black Panthers and Al Sharpton’s idiot minions believe that they can circumvent the justice system? Isn’t that how Americans get justice, in the court system? Can you imagine if a group of Hispanics, Asians, or Whites demanded that the court system be circumvented? The whining in the Black community would be ear-splitting, and the term “lynch mob” would be screeched across the airwaves. (more…)

I almost gagged. Not because of the low-carb beer I was sampling, but because the Wisconsin GOP is considering running Mary Williams of Medford in the wake of Pam Galloway’s resignation. Galloway was targeted by the whiny teacher’s unions and was facing a recall election this spring. On Friday evening, the reports that she would resign started leaking out. Then, the claim that that Mary Williams, certified RINO and elitist snob was being considered for Galloway’s seat. Hold on there Wisconsin GOP. You might want to reconsider. (more…)
