Deviant Sexual Practices in Africa and U.S. Fuel Global AIDS Crisis
| May 14, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under medicine, Political Correctness |
By most estimations, the virus that causes AIDS was first transmitted from chimpanzees to humans sometime between 1884 and 1924. Before 1970, reports of humans suffering from this strange virus were sporadic, and limited to Africa and Haiti. By 1986, AIDS had descended on the homosexual population of the United States. While little was known about the killer illness, one thing was clear. This was a sexually transmitted disease, and over 30 years after the first infection here, one thing remains certain. The AIDS virus lives in the human population because of perverse sexual practices.
Initially, the media tried to play down the connection between bestiality and the AIDS virus, claiming that sexual contact with a chimpanzee was not the mechanism by which the virus made its way into the human population, but today the likelihood of this being the bridge between inter-species transmission is certain, as the growing acceptance of the practice of bestiality fuels both disease and misinformation. Scott Walker, Jerry Petrowski, and the Right of Wisconsin’s Women to Choose
| April 26, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under Fourteenth Amendment, Political Correctness |
To hear the feminists who are supporting Donna Siedel in the recall election in Wisconsin’s 86th Assembly District tell it, Representative Jerry Petrowski conspired with Governor Scott walker to destroy the law established in Roe v. Wade. Yep. It’s all over in Wisconsin. No abortions for you, not even if you’ve been raped and are on your death bed. Die. Except…nothing the supporters of Donna Seidel are telling the good people of Wisconsin is true. Not only did Jerry Petrowski and Scott Walker NOT impede the long-standing right to an abortion, the legislation they passed actually 1) makes abortions safer, and 2) repeals certain abortion prohibitions. State Witness: “No evidence to contradict George Zimmerman’s statement”
| April 20, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under Bad Lawyers, Criminal Procedure, Media, Political Correctness |
Talk about burying the lead. CBS and the other ‘news’ outlets are reporting that a Florida judge granted bail for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood volunteer who was forced to defend himself against a brutal attack. Zimmerman has been through Hell for no other reason than a prosecutor with political ambitions decided to bring 2nd degree murder charges against him. Reasonable people have long thought there was no evidence to support such a charge, and now our beliefs are confirmed by none other than the State’s own investigator, Dale Gilbreith. (more…)
Did Governor Walker Really Repeal the Equal Pay Enforcement Act?

If you like carnivals, with lots of noise and bling, get to Wisconsin on the double—the show has begun. The breaks during the evening news are like a carnival, where the best barker has the loudest voice and the flashiest come-on. And these days, the biggest, loudest, flashiest barker of them all are Wisconsin’s public employee unions and the teachers unions. To hear them tell it, Scott Walker and the legislature have revoked the 14th Amendment of the United States. These barking fools want you to believe that the Governor and legislature have unilaterally nullified a portion of the Constitution and gotten away with it. Come on now, who would believe such nonsense? Hysterical, uniformed barking progressives, that’s who—from HuffPo to the Daily Beast. Well, I’m here to warn you about investing any of your confidence, let alone money, in these charlatans.
The law progressive bloggers are all fired up about is Wisconsin SB 202. Please, don’t take anyone’s word for what’s in it, not even mine. Pass right by the barkers and head for the gyp joints. We all know the only chance of leaving a carnival with anything of value is by using your skill to beat them at their own rigged game. It won’t be hard in this case, because the entire bill is only two-paragraphs long. Here’s the paragraph causing all the hullabaloo: (more…)
Understanding the Charges Against George Zimmerman
| April 11, 2012 | Posted by JerriCook under Bad Lawyers, Criminal Procedure, Equal Protection, Legal Issues, Nut jobs, Political Correctness |
In a news conference on April 11, 2012, a pandering special prosecutor announced that she and her team of investigators were going to seek ‘justice for Trayvon’ by charging the victim, George Zimmerman, with 2nd degree murder. So, let’s take a look at what that means.
The Elements of 2nd degree murder:
Second degree murder is a homicide (the killing of another human) committed with malice. The issue in this case isn’t whether a homicide occurred. Zimmerman clearly killed Martin, and admits to doing it. Here, we are concerned with the element of malice, which can be proven in four ways:
- Intent to kill
- Intent to commit serious bodily harm
- Reckless disregard for the life of another
- By application of the Felony Murder Rule, if one exists by statute in the State of Florida.
Jerri Cook is an Evil Racist

[UPDATE: So, a couple of Concord Law School students don't like what I wrote about their Facebook Page, and the hysterical half-wits are threatening to Honor Code me (it means throw me out of law school). Bring it on. If they try to suppress my 1st Amendment right to Free Speech, I'll fight back...hard and LOUD. If I were Concord Law School, I'd be more worried about the hateful, hysterical comments directed toward other students who exercise their right of Free Speech. Concord has allowed small-minded bullies to take over a forum that was supposed to foster the free exchange of ideas. Instead, it's deteriorated into abject bullying by liberal students against a confirmed and PROUD conservative. What a zoo.]
I’m an evil racist. Just ask some of the students over at the Concord Law School Facebook page. Why? I won’t buy into the manufactured outrage over a teenaged thug’s untimely, but completely predictable death. I won’t condemn a man, who I believe was completely justified in defending himself against this attacker. And I’ll call a spade a spade. Al Sharpton is a race pimp.
I also won’t go along with the meme that Blacks are oppressed in America because of their skin color. It’s just not true. Do people hate others because of skin color? Yes. If someone like Al Sharpton is a repugnant racist, do I have to refrain from pointing this out because he’s Black? Well, if you ask the racists on Concord Law School’s Facebook page, yes. But, if they post denigrating pictures of the Pope, and I cry foul, I’m just a racist good-for-nothing who should be reported to the State Bar. Just ask David, Eurydice (I received an apology from Eurydice. I accept it because we all say things when we’re frustrated that might make us cringe later. It takes a person of good character to apologize when they’ve made a mistake, and I admire her for making the effort.), and of course the most ludicrous of them all, the GreatTakesha. (more…)
