I almost gagged. Not because of the low-carb beer I was sampling, but because the Wisconsin GOP is considering running Mary Williams of Medford in the wake of Pam Galloway’s resignation. Galloway was targeted by the whiny teacher’s unions and was facing a recall election this spring. On Friday evening, the reports that she would resign started leaking out. Then, the claim that that Mary Williams, certified RINO and elitist snob was being considered for Galloway’s seat. Hold on there Wisconsin GOP. You might want to reconsider. (more…)

The Germans have a name for what I felt when I first laid eyes on THE DECISION AND ORDER ON ZINNIKER PLAINTIFF’S CLARIFICATION MOTION. Schadenfreude. It means taking pleasure in another’s misfortunes. In my case, I’m not taking pleasure in Judge Fielder’s denial of the Plaintiff’s motion. But after reading just how poorly the pleadings were written and the issues were argued, I figure if the attorney who wrote them managed to pass law school and a bar exam, there’s no way I can fail.
